We are setting out to finalize our teams to answer the questions:

1. Can Philly afford casinos?
2. If we need to have them, where should they be located?
3. What's the vision for the heart of the city (Market East) and are casinos consistent with that vision?
4. Why is the proposed SugarHouse site a bad location and will a re-design solve those problems?
